Aaron knew he had a strong passion for the culinary arts at a young age. He retained his first restaurant job at age sixteen working as a bus boy at Irish Time’s Restaurant and Brewery. The knowledge he received here was crucial to the start of what would become a long culinary tour. By age eighteen he landed a position with Charley’s Crab in Fort Lauderdale Florida where the unique methods of this highly successful restaurant chain served as the foundation for his professional development. After spending five years working various positions and working up to a Sous Chef position, Aaron furthered his culinary education at Lincoln Culinary School. After graduation Aaron took the opportunity to travel to Nantucket Massachusetts to further his career knowledge. During his stay on the island, he emerged with an inspired passion and knowledge of seafood from around the world. He then followed his love for seafood and fishing back to Florida where he continued his tour working for Spoto’s Oak Wood Grill and most recently as executive chef at Spoto’s Oyster Bar Stuart Florida.
